Step 1

Submit : You submit your chosen photos, artwork or images to us via our 'register' form or send to us either by hard copy or you can also send us a USB drive with your images that will be returned to you at the end of the project.

Details : Along with the images, you can submit the important dates in your school calendar in a word document and these dates will be marked into each month of your calendar.

Step 2

Design/Sample: We will then design your calendar and send you a digital copy of your calendar for you to approve before we go to print.

Step 3

Delivery: Once you sign off on your artwork we produce your calendars and they will be sent directly to your school by national courier within 7 to 10 working days.

Over 890 schools, thats 130,000 children, participated last year raising badly needed funds for their schools with our 'christmas cards for schools project', due to demand we have introduced the 'calendars for schools project'.

As a family owned & managed business, we have been providing schools & businesses with quality printed materials to help boost their fundraising and marketing efforts since 1957. Following the success of these projects with local schools, we decided to offer this superb opportunity to schools throughout Ireland. We take a personal pride in every card and calendar that we produce and in every school we work in partnership with. We employ the latest software and state of the art print technology to deliver a superior quality of print for all your items. It is our experience and expertise in managing this technology that enables us to offer every budding artist the opportunity to sell packs of cards and calendars with their individual designs..

Your important school dates are included e.g. sports day, parent meetings!.

Sponsorship

Monthly advertising space. Get a local business to advertise to offset your costs!.

50-75 Calendars are €7 each
76-100 Calendars are €6.50 each
100+ Calendars are €6.00 each

Suggested sales price

For example: if you sell 200 calendars at €10. Profit €800. Sell 12 adverts at €50 each.Total raised for your school is €1400.00

If you are representing your school and are about to register for this years project, this section will answer all your questions.

Are there any upfront costs?

No. We take financial responsibility for the project so that your school only pays when you have collected the money from parents.

When is the latest date we can register?

We try to encourage schools to register as early as possible but we'll work with you to create a realistic timeline for your project.

How much will we make?

This depends entirely on how many calendars your school orders. We suggest selling the calendars for €10 each. For example: if you sell 200 calendars at €10. Profit €1000. Sell 12 adverts at €50 each. Profit €600. Total raised for your school is €1600.00

Can only schools participate?

No, not only schools, but any club or group can take part.

How do I get the ball rolling?

When and how do we pay you?

Payment is made after you receive your calendars. An invoice will be included with your delivery.
